Bill Pritchett is an associate attorney with the corporate group in the Houston office of Baker Botts L.L.P. and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and private equity.
Bill graduated from the United States Naval Academy and was subsequently designated a Naval Aviator. He deployed to Southeast Asia in 2005 and flew missions in the P-3C Orion in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines. He later became a primary flight instructor in the T-34C Turbomentor.
Bill left active duty in 2009 but continued to fly the T-34C in the selected reserves until 2013. He spent the first few years following active duty working for and with various defense industry contractors. He eventually enrolled at South Texas College of Law Houston where he graduated summa cum laude in December 2014.
Bill serves on the advisory council of the South Texas College of Law Houston legal clinics and as a member of his law school’s Young Alumni Council. He is also an active member of the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association Texas Gulf Coast Chapter.
Bill and his wife, Amanda, live in Houston.
