Lauren Gore is a Principal and co-founder of LDR Investment Group LLC (LDR).
LDR is a growth and innovation advisory firm specializing in accelerating growth initiatives for financial institutions, with a specialization in property and casualty (re)insurance. LDR was founded in 2011 on the belief that the core values of service, discipline, and integrity, with creatively aligned incentives, would create a positive work environment for highly-capable service professionals who in turn could deliver tremendous value to the unique challenges facing the financial services community. Through its work with multinational insurers, LDR has a strong track record working with management teams to enhance growth and innovation projects, including increased profitability and efficiency, leverage digital and technological solutions, improve customer loyalties and gain competitive advantages from the use of advanced analytics.
Outside of LDR, Lauren is a member of the boards of directors at Communities in School and the Lone Star Veterans Association, where he serves as Chairman of the Board. He was twice listed on “The Most Impressive Students at Harvard Law School”, has written articles appearing in publications such as Business.com, and regularly speaks at premier industry conferences. Lauren often comments on the attributes of organizations that successfully align innovation with commercial growth.
Throughout Lauren’s career, he has helped clients on innovation, growth strategy and M&A deals. Lauren has designed and led numerous growth-related projects and his clients have included numerous large multinational organizations from across the Insurtech and P&C (re)insurance landscapes.
Prior to joining LDR, Lauren served as a deal attorney with a focus on project finance and complex deal design with Baker Botts LLP. Lauren earned his undergraduate degree from West Point, served in Iraq as an Infantry Officer and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. He is married to his wife Dr. Taryn Gore and has a son Alex.
